1. By using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below. We provide professional window treatment services including measuring, ordering coordination, delivery, and installation of roller shades, drapery, blinds, motorized systems, and related products.

   All products are custom-ordered based on approved specifications. Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving measurements, selections, and drawings prior to ordering. Once an order is placed, products may be non-returnable and non-refundable.

   Installation schedules depend on product availability, site readiness, and project conditions. Delays caused by manufacturers, shipping carriers, or job-site conditions are beyond our control.

   We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, concealed structural issues, or limitations related to mounting surfaces, electrical access, or prior installations. Any concerns must be reported promptly following installation so they may be addressed accordingly.
